RETURNS

 

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items that are returned in their original packaging.

Please just follow these steps:

  • Let us know - just email us at femeempire@gmail.com quoting your order number, reason for the return.
  • Post the item back within 30 days of purchase, in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unsoiled), Postage Fees may apply.
  • We’ll check that’s all in order, and we’ll process the refund ASAP

 


Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Lost or stolen packages: 

Feme Empire is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Feme Empire will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Cancellation Policy

Order and modifications:

Please contact our customer support team within 24 hours after placing your order to make any modifications to your order, delivery address. Keep in mind this is not guaranteed, once your package has been paid for it will go through processing and once items have been processed and placed in production they can no longer be modified.

There is no Refunds after payment is processed by the provider, customer is responsible before placing an order.

 

Final sale on Footwear and discounted items/ lingerie 

Please note we can’t offer refunds on sale and discounted items, This includes items purchased through online specials, sales, and discount codes. All footwear is final sale due to sanitary concerns.

Customers are responsible for covering the Return freight costs. Please make sure you provide Us with the full tracking information of the package. 

For hygienic reasons Bras, bodysuits, hosiery, underwear, swimwear, cosmetics, earrings, and face masks cannot be returned

 

Shipping and Delivery

While we strive to deliver your order in a timely manner, we cannot be held responsible for any shipping or delivery delays that are outside of our control, including those caused by the courier, customs, or other factors and issues that may occur during shipping. If you experience any problems with your delivery, please contact the courier directly for assistance. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
 

Fraud Prevention

To protect against fraudulent activity, we verify all billing and shipping addresses to ensure they match the information on file with the payment processor. We also monitor all transactions for suspicious activity and may request additional information from the customer to verify the transaction. If we suspect fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and notify the customer immediately. 

Please note that we reserve the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time, and it is the responsibility of the customer to review the most recent version of the Return & Refund Policy before purchasing and using our products. By purchasing and continuing to use Feme Empire products, customers are indicating their acceptance of this Return & Refund Policy.
